Q. How can I get matched or improve my matches?
A. The first thing you will want to do is answer your detailed questions by clicking Edit Profile on the left. Now that we've narrowed down your matches a bit, click Find Matches on the left and add at least 5 people you are interested in to your favorites. If you want to take you matching even further, we recommend clicking Hot or Not on the left and playing that. Beyond that, just normal using of our site will help to improve your matches.

Q. Can I see who has viewed my profile?
A. Yes, people who have viewed your profile will appear on your news feed. You can also see them by clicking "Viewed Me" on the left.

Q. How do I add someone to my favorites?
A. Click Find Matches on the left or view someone's profile, then click the "Add to favorites" link.

Q. I forgot my password. What do I do?
A. You may reset your password.

Q. How can I report abuse?
A. If you find anything on Confirio that violates the site's terms and conditions of use you may contact us.

Q. How can I delete my account?
A. Click the checkbox next to "disable my account" on the edit profile page.
